NOTICE OF MEETING OF MEMBERS  

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Members of Ontario Care Collective will be held virtually on the 28th day of September 2026 at 12:00 PM or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible.  

If you are unable to attend in person, please complete the attached proxy form and send to the Ontario Care Collective office at info@ontariocarecollective.ca

The purpose of this meeting will be to conduct the following business: 

1) Call to Order 

2) President's Report 

3) Treasurer's Report      

4) Election of 2026/27 Board of Directors 

5) Any Other Business that May Properly Come Before the Meeting 

Eligible members in good standing of Ontario Care Collective are entitled to vote at this Annual General Meeting and may appoint a proxy in accordance with the Association's Bylaws.  A Proxy form is attached to this Notice for this purpose and must be returned to the Ontario Care Collective office by Friday, September 18th. 

A full meeting package, including login information for the meeting, will be sent to all registered members on Monday, September 21st.
