The membership belongs to the agency. There is one person from the agency who is the membership coordinator. There can be many others from the same agency listed as members and can enjoy all the benefits of membership, including attending monthly member roundtable meetings.

Membership Dues
Membership is valid from April 1 to March 31.
Membership fees are in Canadian dollars.
Membership fees are NOT subject to 13% HST.
A fully paid membership is considered in good standing.
Payment Options
BY CREDIT CARD: Payment can be made online by VISA or MasterCard at the time of registration. You will be asked to provide your Customer Verification Number (CVN) when paying by credit card.
VIA BANK TRANSFER (EFT): Contact the Ontario Care Collective office (info@ontariocarecollective.ca) for banking details after completing your online membership. This is the preferred method over cheque.
BY CHEQUE: Make cheque payable to the Ontario Care Collective. Membership dues must be paid within one (1) calendar month of the membership renewal date.
