Ontario Care Collective

The Ontario Care Collective (OCC) is a province-wide association dedicated to strengthening the quality, consistency, and impact of care across Ontario. We bring together operators, caregivers, and sector partners to create a unified voice, foster collaboration, and champion excellence in care for vulnerable individuals. Grounded in relational, strength-based practice, we support those who provide care while advocating for the systems and structures that make high-quality care possible.

Mission

Through the strengths of all stakeholders, the Ontario Care Collective works to improve the delivery of quality care across the province. We advocate on behalf of our members to empower caregivers and those we support.

A cohesive, equitable and empowered care system across Ontario where collective action drives systemic change, ensures consistency and quality care, and amplifies the voices of caregivers and those in their care.
