Please note The Fern Resort is a resort, and not a hotel.  Therefore, people staying on the property but not attending the conference (ie. spouses or guests) will be charged a meal package on top of your room.  Please call the front desk to register your guest before arrival. 

  Should you wish to extend your stay at the resort please note a meal package will be added to your room night for those nights outside of the conference.  The rates are different for Monday and Thursday, so if you wish to extend your stay, please call Reservations for special rates and registration before arrival.
